Check In

The Concierge will be on hand to personally welcome you upon arrival at your apartment. To ensure that the process goes smoothly, we kindly ask you to inform us of your estimated time of arrival beforehand via your Personal Area.

You will be asked to sign the Terms and Conditions, show your passport and present your credit card  details. There are some properties (please consult) that ask for a refundable security deposit and it will refunded on your departure.

We ask all of our clients to follow our apartment Check In policy as best they can:

• Consult Check In times on the apartment's page (normally after 15.00h)
• If you would like to enter your apartment before 15.00h we will do our very best to accommodate your needs, but it is vital that you inform us of your plans in advance. If an earlier entry cannot be arranged you are very welcome to leave your luggage in the builiding and return after the allotted time.

Highlights:

• In order to make sure that your arrival runs as smoothly as possible, we ask that you please complete all the relevant sections in your online Personal Area or send us the information via email.
• You will be received personally by the Concierge who will help you settle into your property.
