All of our apartments have a customer service team who will be your primary contact for your inquiries, needs and suggestions. Their trained staff members will happily go the extra mile to respond to inquiries, hire any additional services you require and receive any comments.

Check In and Departure

Upon arrival you will be welcomed to your apartment and provided with important information about your apartment, the surrounding area and you will be able to ask any questions you might have. Maintenance

All apartments are professionally maintained. In the case that any problems arise please contact the telephone numbers provided.

Cleaning

The apartments are cleaned to the highest standard. The team are responsible for thoroughly cleaning the apartment as well as arranging those finishing touches that ensure your apartment is ready to welcome you.
