Payment and Confirmation

In order to confirm booking we require your credit card details. Payment will be made according to the dates shown in the Terms and Conditions.

Payment can be made either by credit card or bank transfer (needs to be cleared in advance).

Once we have received your credit card details we will send you an email containing the following information:

• Your Reservation Confirmation.
• Your Property Voucher. This is a document containing all the information necessary for entry into your apartment. See example of Property Voucher.

This information is also available online, in your Personal Area.

Highlights:

• Payment is usually required to be made at Check In.
• Payments via credit card are subject to charges. Please consult as this varies between apartments.
